Michael Larsen has over thirty years experience in both building his own companies and helping other companies to succeed. He has started and operated several successful companies in the Washington, DC area. He is a highly skilled communicator with special expertise in strategic planning, business ethics, productivity and business innovation. Even though his consulting experience is in a wide variety of businesses and industry, he noticed common trends in the problems he was asked to solve. He decided that treating the source of the problem was a more effective means to assist his clients then simply addressing the symptoms. In 2005 he formed Coaching Institutes, to address these diverse management issues directly. He has spoken hundreds of times to diverse groups in both the public and private sectors on technical, management and productivity issues.
